The Best Supplements for Arthritis Joint Pain

Comparison of 4 different Vitamin Supplements

There are 53 million people in just the United States that suffer from joint pain. One of the main joint die-ease is osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis is what they call it when the cartilage, which is what is normally protecting the joints, breaks down. What happens next is that you have bone rubbing against bone, causing inflammation and swelling. Otherwise known as it “HURTS.”

Medication can relieve joint pain almost immediately. Acetaminophen or any ace inhibitor like Advil are almost certain to help. What do you take for the long run? This Post is going to compare 4 brands of vitamin supplements that help with the inflammation of arthritis and rebuilding the damaged cartilage.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has estimates that the pain and stiffness of the joints and its associated conditions, is becoming a rising problem for the world population. The expense of taking care of the damage to joints and bones is becoming a tremendous health cost.

Osteoarthritis is said to already be affecting millions of people in the states and by 2040 the number is purported to climb another 25%.

There are Vitamins on the market that may be helpful. The reason I say may be helpful is because depending on your body, and everybody is different, it may react to one herb better than the next.

I am one that likes to know what I am taking. I have always looked up what the product is and where it comes from. What does it do and is it really something I need?

So, I am going to look at 4 different products that claim to help with joint pain and healing. Of course, we are all aware of the “Chondroitin and Glucosamine” products that are on the market by that exact name.

I am going to use Amazon for two reasons.

  • Second is that I am an affiliate of Amazon and may make a small amount of money from anything you may purchase.

  2. Thank you for sharing this great and wonderful post, I never knew that arthritus infection is so reading fast and going viral as you have explained, I think measure should be put in place by individuals for proper treatment and this can be done be taking products with the right vitamin content. I think I like the composition of the Glucosamine Chondroitin with Turmeric and MSM because of the turmeric content, am used to turmeric and I know how valuable it is.

    1. Thank you for you very kind review.  I still think the content needs some tweaking but you comment let me know that at least what I wrote made some sense to read.

  3. I have so much shoulder and back pain right now. I am looking into a variety of remedies and therapies. I am looking into a variety of supplements. I have come across a few articles about turmeric and was surprised to see it here as well. I have seen a few things on ginger as well and noticed it was an ingredient in one of the products here as well.

    1. Lee I know should pain and neck pain.  I fell off of my horse and crack my shoulder.  That was 2 years ago.  I go see a chiropractor. Chronic pain is a very real problem.  I have written about what is called Grounding Mats, and I believe that with the right food and vitamins along with the Mat which takes the inflammation out of the body, it is the best way to go.  If you can get the inflammation out of the shoulder, you will start to sleep better and feel better.  My web site is Earth Matters and grounding.  You may find some more information there that will help.

Thank you for taking the time to read my information.  I think it still needs a little more tweaking.

  4. Oh, thank you for the in-depth review! I really appreciate how you explained all the ingredients, if they were natural or not, and even included the info on shellfish and the colors. Very interesting and so important to really know what we are taking!  Sometimes the fine print is so fine, it is hard to read, little lone understand!  Thank you for breaking it down in easy to understand language!

If one doesn’t work, we should just try another, right?  Is one bottle enough to tell?

    Thanks for your article!

    1. My husband was taking the Tripleflex.  After a month his knees were feeling better.  He took the pills for 6 months then decided he didn’t need it any more.  Now he is looking at me and saying gee if it was helping I guess I should have continued to take it.

Sometimes it can take anywhere from 1 to 2 months.  Here is something that does happen within a week.  If the vitamins don’t agree with you, you will start feeling ill.  Stop taking them.  That’s when you need to figure out what didn’t agree with your system so you can decide which vitamin you can take.
